B.S. Accounting, Arkansas State University  |  J.D., University of Arkansas  |  LL.M. Taxation, University of Florida

Felicia Branch is an educator, tax attorney, and advocate whose career bridges public service, private practice, and the classroom. As Assistant Professor of Clinical Education and Director of the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic at UA Little Rock’s Bowen School of Law, she mentors student attorneys representing clients navigating tax controversies with the IRS and the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration—bringing law, empathy, and access together in real time.

Before joining Bowen, she served as a Senior Attorney with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, an Assistant Professor at North Carolina Central University School of Law, and an adjunct at Elon University School of Law. Her work has spanned corporate and nonprofit taxation, small-business development, and ethical leadership in public service.

She co-authored Mastering Corporate Tax (2nd Edition) and continues to shape the next generation of tax professionals with a steady focus on integrity, equity, and service. Her presence at The Convergence affirms that the practice of law is not merely procedural but profoundly human—requiring moral clarity as much as technical precision.
