How We Grow

Phase 2
Expand & Scaffold

Build the backbone.
We move from demonstration to design—expanding our leadership ecosystem, activating UnMuted regionally, hiring a core team, and building systems that can carry the weight. This is where we scaffold what’s already in motion.

Phase 1 — Demonstrate & Seed

Objectives

  • Activate the Economy of Being as lived practice
  • Host weekly B-Street Family Dinners to center presence, discern alignment, and surface resonance
  • Launch UnMuted to cultivate cultural literacy and community expression
  • Transform home into a sanctuary and working field for relational leadership
  • Begin quiet filtering for Circle Keepers, Garden of Minds, and Vanguard architecture

What Changes

  • From guests → to grounded co-stewards
  • From receiving help → to exchanging value
  • From attendance → to attention
  • From transaction → to transformation
  • From visible action → to relational infrastructure

Proof of Motion

  • Over 1,200 meals served and 4,000+ plates prepared
  • Persistent return, referral, and self-offering from participants
  • The dinners functioned as filtration fields—surfacing the future Circle Keepers, Garden members, and Vanguards long before the names existed
  • Core participants began demonstrating early stewardship and self-responsibility
  • The frameworks of Phase 2 emerged directly from these lived, embodied gathering

Phase 2 — Expand & Scaffold

Objectives

  • Launch a full-spectrum leadership development ecosystem that begins with intrapersonal agency (Garden of Minds), expands into collective stewardship (Circle Keepers), and emerges as culture-shaping public voice (The Vanguard). These are not separate initiatives — they are stages in a single arc of impact.
  • Deliver a curriculum-based experience that sharpens discernment, deepens relational skill, and trains leaders to challenge and reimagine systems through creativity, integrity, and strategic vision.
  • Expand UnMuted into new cities and regions — not just as a cultural offering, but as a platform and proof of the leadership model in motion.
  • Stabilize the core team — hire operations staff, strengthen program design, and compensate artists and facilitators equitably.
  • Codify internal systems — SOPs, onboarding, curriculum builds, and partner development — so the model can grow with coherence and integrity.

What Changes

  • Casual gatherings evolve into guided development experiences — spaces shaped with intention, momentum, and measurable depth.
  • Leadership held on two shoulders begins to distribute across a circle — capacitating a team to carry what once lived in the margins.
  • Inspiration without infrastructure gives way to repeatable rhythms — designed to nourish creativity and continuity at once.
  • Private discernment matures into communal awareness — supported by shared language, tools, and frameworks.
  • Local brilliance widens into a regionally resonant field — where transformation no longer lives in isolation.

Proof of Motion

  • Confirmed Circle Keeper and Vanguard voices: This is The Convergence (Rev. Dr. Gee, Coach KJ, and more)
  • Garden of Minds 2025 cohort onboarding in progress
  • UnMuted expanding through residencies and regional partnerships
  • SOPs, curriculum outlines, and design systems in build
  • Grant and partner development pipeline active
  • Internal requests for replication from aligned cities and organizations

Phase 3 — Build a Home for The Tide

Objectives

  • Establish The Tide as a homebase for learning, living, and leadership rooted in the Economy of Being — a physical space that makes the invisible frameworks of Phase 1 & 2 tangible and teachable.
  • Translate intelligence into access — introducing core practices through trainings, salons, and immersive gatherings.
  • Publish the Lexicon and Thought Library — making the language, ethics, and worldview of Group 6-22 available to future leaders, collaborators, and cities.
  • Activate full-spectrum programming — residencies, fellowships, and interdisciplinary labs designed to catalyze strategic systems change.
  • Develop infrastructure — multi-use spaces for movement, wellness, convening, collaboration, and thought formation.

What Changes

  • Wisdom once held in individuals becomes a shared field — practiced in rhythm, translated into access, and carried in community.
  • Language once sparked in conversation becomes a living lexicon — iterative, accessible, and designed for public activation.
  • Creative leadership moves from spark to structure — with training cohorts, residencies, and collaborative labs.
  • Practices once passed person-to-person now unfold across seasons, fellowships, and cities.
  • Learning as retreat becomes rooted rhythm — held in spaces designed for practice, care, and innovation.
  • The question “What is G6-22?” becomes “Where is G6-22?” — and the answer is a place you can walk into, collaborate within, and belong to.

Proof of Motion

  • Early design concepts and site planning for The Tide’s physical location
  • Lexicon entries in production; pilot cohorts engaged
  • Fellowship and lab model in early-stage development
  • Partnership conversations with educational and cultural institutions
  • UnMuted events expanding across new cities with resident artists
  • Increasing replication requests from aligned organizations and leaders

Phase 4 — Expand & Sustain

Objectives

  • Extend the reach of Group 6-22 by developing hubs, partnerships, and satellite programs across cities, states, and countries — adapting the work to meet the needs of each place without diluting its core.
  • Launch mobile and digital expressions of the work — bringing trainings, gatherings, and cultural activations to communities where physical spaces may not yet exist.
  • Anchor long-term partnerships with educational, civic, and philanthropic collaborators to ensure continuity of support, access, and stewardship.
  • Create pathways for leadership succession and intergenerational participation — so wisdom and responsibility are not held by a few, but carried forward by many.
  • Establish infrastructure for archiving, research, and continuity — supporting a body of work that can evolve, travel, and be taught across time.

What Changes

  • What was once rooted in one location becomes a distributed field of activation — adaptable across geography, culture, and access point.
  • Leadership once centered in origin becomes networked across place — held in trust by aligned communities and co-stewards.
  • From season to cycle, the work shifts from pilot to lineage — building rhythms that last beyond a single generation.
  • Programs designed for a single room now move across modalities — physical, digital, mobile, and hybrid.
  • Legacy becomes less about what we leave behind, and more about what we make possible.

Proof of Motion

  • Replication interest confirmed in multiple regions (U.S. and abroad)
  • Early-stage development of mobile trainings and hybrid cohorts
  • UnMuted residencies explored in partnership with international artists and institutions
  • Infrastructure planning for archival and research practices
  • Founding Circle Keepers and Vanguards mentoring incoming stewards
  • Long-range strategic partnerships under review with aligned funders and civic leaders
